QA/QC Introduction

We have implemented a TQM(Total quality Management) system, we have got ISO9001 and ISO14000 certificate.

The quality control breakdown is as following: Managing director responsible for overall management, then Sales manager, QC manager, Production Managers responsible for overall quality control, Section QC officers responsible for material, parts and processes.

Our QC members have at least 5 years experience in the quality control, all of them have great sense of responsibility.

Main of our items were passed the standards of BIFMA, EN12520, BS4875. We got CE and Roth certificates for our massage chairs from SGS.

All the materials and parts must be lab-tested by relevant authorities as per customer's requirements before being to using. In the mainly processes, including cutting, stitching, nailing and packing, Our section QC officers do 100% inspection. We will do final random inspections before cargo delivery.

Besides the in-house quality control, a third party like SGS or ITS, as appointed by customers carry out initial, mid-term, and final random inspections during bulk production before cargo delivery.
